Galtrup Efterskole

Galtrup Efterskole is a contemporary boarding school on Mors in North Jutland based on the Grundtvig-Kold view of humanity, school, and life. In everyday life, this means that we embrace each other and learn to be happy with who we are. We have been doing this for many years; in fact, we are Denmark's oldest existing boarding school. We also think we are quite good at it—good at not necessarily being very good.

At Galtrup Efterskole, we focus on togetherness and diversity, so there is room for everyone. You learn to take responsibility for your own life and make choices so that you are ready for the future. Our only requirement for you is that it is a journey you yourself want to be part of.

We are an international boarding school on Mors in Jutland with 8th, 9th, and 10th grades.

At Galtrup, we value the academic, creative, musical subjects, and sports subjects equally. We are a versatile continuation school with a wealth of opportunities to express oneself and be creative. It is a core value for us that there are subjects for everyone, so that everyone can participate regardless of level and interests.
