How do I get a table in Artist Alley?
Registration is closed.
In addition to general Danish law, there are various rules that artists in Artist Alley must follow.
If you break any of the rules, you will - depending on the severity - receive a warning or be banned from the rest of Gamebox Festival. Multiple warnings may also result in a ban. If you break the law, you will be banned and reported to the police.

- You have to be 18 years old to have a table in Artist Alley.
- The table must be staffed throughout the regular opening hours of Gamebox Festival.
- Once you have been approved for a spot in Artist Alley, you can make exhibitor access badges for up to three helpers.
- It is permitted to take orders/commissions. Gamebox Festival has no responsibility in this context.
- The sale of fan art is prohibited by Danish law, unless the artist has permission from the copyright holder, or if the art falls under the parody or satire clause.
- It is the responsibility of the artist to obtain the necessary authorisations from the legal copyright holders. The artist assumes all legal liability if they decide to sell fanart without the proper authorisations.
- Gamebox Festival assumes that the artist has obtained the proper permissions if we witness the sale of fanart, but reserves the right to inquire about it.
- Tracings, traces and AI-generated images are not allowed.
- Pornographic and excessively violent material is not allowed.
- If you are caught stealing and/or copying other people's art, Gamebox Festival reserves the right to expel you.
- Gamebox Festival reserves the right to require an artist to remove or cover certain products for sale if they do not follow the rules.
- Artists are responsible for all materials on the stand/table in Artist Alley. The halls are locked outside opening hours.
