Are you coming by car?
In connection with Gamebox Festival, we offer free parking. MCH Messecenter Herning has more than 8,000 free parking spaces that you can use free of charge.
LAN participants will receive information about access, unloading and parking via email.
Handicapped parking
Find disabled parking at Parking 1 (P1) and Parking 3 (P3).
Chargers for electric vehicles
Chargers for electric cars are available at Parking 1 (P1) - please note that you must bring your own cable.

Take the train directly to Gamebox Festival
With Arriva's Herning-Skjern-Esbjerg route, you can travel daily directly to and from MCH Messecenter Herning's own station, which is just a few minutes' walk from Indgang Vest.
Please note: For Gamebox Festival, you have to use the entrance called Syd 2. Check the map here

Take the bus to Gamebox Festival
The following two bus routes run daily directly to MCH Messecenter Herning:
- City bus route 6 (Get off at: MCH Messecenter Herning/Vardevej) - View the bus schedule here (Danish)
- Regional bus 81 Herning-Grindsted (Get off at: Baggeskærvej MCH) - View the bus schedule here (Danish)
Tickets can be purchased at the Rejsebillet app.
Please note: The bus stops are located at Indgang Vest (Linje 6) and Baggeskærvej MCH (Linje 81).
Hall overview of
Gamebox Festival
Entrance to Gamebox Festival is via Indgang Øst. Use our digital map to get an overview of the festival. You can also see who you can meet in the different halls. It's also possible to create a route from A to B.
For Gamebox Festival 2025 we have the following halls in use:

Hall G: Nordic Card Show
Hall H: Esport League LAN and championships
J1, J2 and J3: Gamebox Festival LAN
Halls K and L: sleeping halls
